Sharp Dip

Sadly, it's Jp again . . .

After a period in which Jane felt herself to be a whole lot better and well on the way up, she had a very bad day yesterday, and today has been no better.  Her anxiety level is very high and it is difficult for her to be on her own.

The suspected reason for this dip is probably related to trying to come off the medication - the sleeping pills and the Diazepam - both of which tend to fuzz her mind, which she hates.  They can also become addictive.

She has spent the last couple of days in bed.

I hope we'll soon be able to give some better news.
